Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Lubbock Casts High Quality Ingredients in New Menu Item’s starring Roles

Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Lubbock is rolling out the red carpet for a stellar group of new menu items debuting this December, with a focus on made-from-scratch, fresh ingredients and adding variety.


New appetizers like Avocado Hummus and Steak and Cheese Egg Rolls will play a supporting role to new marquee headliners like the Grilled Steak Salad, Flautas, all day Breakfast Tacos, a Banh Mi Sandwich and Buffalo Chicken Pizza. New vegetarian menu items include an Arugula & Ricotta Pizza and Mango Quesadillas.

“We are passionate about food and offer movie lovers so much more than just popcorn and candy,” said Wacey Estes, Kitchen Manager at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Lubbock. “With over 15 new made-from-scratch menu items, we want Lubbockites to realize they can have a first-class restaurant experience while they enjoy a Hollywood blockbuster or our signature programming on the big screen.”

Other new menu items debuting include Korean Tacos, a Ribeye Steak Sandwich and newly improved Chicken Tenders hand-breaded in buttermilk batter.

The new menu premieres December 8, and can be enjoyed in-theater during all films or at the Alamo Drafthouse’s adjacent bar, The Glass Half Full.
