Sorting and bagging of 40,000 pounds of potatoes donated to the SPFB

WHY:
An anonymous donor provided 40,000 pounds of potatoes to the South Plains Food Bank. The donation will be sorted, separated and bagged into individual bags of potatoes to be given to those served by the SPFB. Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints will be helping with the process.
