A boil water notice was issued Sunday afternoon for the City of Tahoka.
A city spokesman said there was a line break near the water tower.
Crews were on scene Sunday afternoon making repairs.
The boil water notice will remain in effect until samples can be taken to a lab and analyzed.
Water should be boiled before use in cooking or drinking.
