The Local Nobodys have been playing around the South Plains since 2008. The eclectic mash up of some of the latest Pop and Rock to the smooth Classic Country and Red Dirt music make the Local Nobodys a top local favorite. They even get funky with some Rap and R&B just for fun.
“We just like to have a good time and play toward the crowd,” front man and acoustic guitar player Dusty Cook says.
The 2018 Summer Showcase Concert Series runs every Thursday through August 23rd from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Meadows Courtyard. The Buddy Holly Center is located at 1801 Crickets Avenue in Lubbock’s Depot District. For a full line-up visit www.buddyhollycenter.org or call (806) 775-3560 for more information.
