The South Plains Food Bank will kick off their 2017 Summer of Sharing Food Drive on Monday with the Conquer Hunger Run at Mackenzie Park.
There will be a 5K and 1 mile run at the event.
The entry fee is a donation of non-perishable food items.
Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and the run will kick off at 9:00 a.m.
Participants are encouraged to dress up in their favorite superhero costumes.
