The following is a news release from the Covenant Health:
As part of our year-long 100th anniversary celebration, we are inviting our patients, staff, physicians, and fellow community members to join us in promoting faith and healing for the next 100 years. This Community Day is a way for Covenant Health to say ‘thank you’ for helping us thrive and grow into the leading health care ministry in the region.
This event will keep both kids and adults entertained! Take a historic trolley tour around town, sharing your Covenant memories. Ditch your shoes and jump into one of many inflatable bounce houses. Dance along to music played by a live DJ. Exercise demonstrations, car seat checks, and bicycle helmet fittings will also be available, along with free, fresh food and plenty of healthy living information.
Our Chief Executive, Richard Parks, will speak to the community at 11:45 a.m.
Parking for the event will be available in the garage west of Joe Arrington Cancer Center.
