LUBBOCK, Texas — On Saturday, unofficial results in the May 4 election indicated a majority of voters favored a $99.6 million bond to pay for road projects in Lubbock County. The unofficial results show the total was 7,297 (66.56%) in favor and 3,666 (33.4%) against.
