FBI investigates possible threat made by New Mexico airman

The FBI is investigating a disturbing social media post, which they say appears to be a New Mexico airman threatening a mass murder on base.

According to a federal search warrant, the threats were traced back to an IP address connected to Michael Moseley, an airman at Cannon Air Force Base.

The comments, posted on the site 4-Chan, claim the airman got a biased performance review and threatens to torture and kill those responsible.

The FBI says in 2016, a coworker reported hearing Moseley say “I can see why people bring guns to work and shoot people.”

Then last year, they say he was cited for ignoring a direct order.

At this point, no charges have been filed in connection with the threat.
