Robert Anthony Garcia, 21, is now in the custody of the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office after he allegedly robbed an Allsup’s convenience store early Tuesday morning in Floydada.
With the help of the Crosby County Sheriff’s Office and tips from citizens, Garcia was arrested for aggravated robbery, according to the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office.
Garcia is in custody with a recommended bond of $100,000.
According to Floydada Police, Garcia entered the convenience store and assaulted the clerk. The suspect took the clerk’s car keys and fled the scene in a silver 2012 Nissan Altima.
