Lubbock fog causes flights to be cancelled, delayed

LUBBOCK, Texas — Several flights from Preston Smith International Airport were cancelled and delayed due to fog, according to Lacey Nobles, public information officer for the city of Lubbock.

Travelers are encouraged to call their airline ahead of departures to check the status of flights.

The city of Lubbock’s website also has the status of flights available online.
