The Lubbock Police Department reported on Monday the fourth suspect wanted in connection to a recent drive-by shooting is now in custody.

Sabastian Mitchell, 19, turned himself into authorities at the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office. 

Mitchell had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for aggravated assault, LPD said. 

Three other suspects were already arrested for aggravated assault. On June 7, 18-year-old Deangiilo Hill and 17-year-old Treveon Tyler were arrested. Malachi Peppers, 17, was charged June 13.

The shooting at Avenue U and 37th Street injured a 16-year-old female.
