Fann was also an officer with the Seagraves Police Department and he had recently been named as the Fire Marshal for the Plains Volunteer Fire Department.
The Yoakum County Sheriff’s Department said, “Jason will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was dedicated to his community, his agencies, and most importantly to both his family and his brothers and sisters in law enforcement. He leaves behind his wife and two children.”
