PLAINVIEW, Texas — On Wednesday, the City of Plainview announced two new COVID-19 recoveries with no new confirmed cases in a press release.
As of Wednesday morning, Hale County had five active cases, 47 recoveries, four deaths and 56 total confirmed cases, according to the city.
