PLAINVIEW, Texas — On Thursday, Hale County reported three new COVID-19 cases and two recoveries, according to a press release from the City of Plainview.
The city now has 13 active COVID-19 cases with 36 recoveries and four deaths.
The city said there have been a total of 53 confirmed cases.
