Kingsgate Center will host Corks for a Cause, a wine-tasting event benefitting Lubbock Entertainment & Performing Arts Association’s (LEPAA) ongoing development of The Buddy Holly Hall of Performing Arts and Sciences. The event will take place on Saturday, September 9th, from 5 – 8 p.m. in the parking lot of Kingsgate Center South, located at 8201 Quaker Ave.
The event will feature wine tastings, free appetizers from Kingsgate restaurants, door prizes and live music from local musician, Dave Martinez. For a $15 fee, guests are invited to sample wines from local wineries, including McPherson Cellars , Trilogy Cellars and Pheasant Ridge Winery .
Kingsgate Center will match 100 percent of the proceeds raised during Corks for a Cause, which will be donated directly to LEPAA.
