Kiss The Cook: No Sugar Cookies
Ingredients:
1 ripe mashed banana (if frozen, thaw beforehand)
2 cups oats
1/3 to 1/2 cup dark chocolate cocoa powder
1/2 sugar free natural peanut butter
1/2 – 1 cup cacao nibs
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Add enough oats to batter is sticky but not crumbly. Either roll into ball and refrigerate to enjoy “no bake” cookies or bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
