LUBBOCK, Texas — Since taking office, Lubbock Police Chief, Floyd Mitchell, said tackling the ongoing drug problem in town is a top priority.
On the front lines of the issue, is LPD’s K9 unit. We rode along with Officer Joe Cook and his dog, Enzo, as they enter into high-risk situations, seizing drugs and capturing criminals.
