Zachary Reames-Zepeda will announce and take questions about his candidacy for Texas House District 84 this Monday, October 30, 2017 at 4:00 P.M. at the Phea Boys and Girls Club. After taking questions, Zachary and supporters will volunteer at the Boys and Girls Club Annual Fall Festival.
Zachary Reames-Zepeda is the latest Democratic candidate to challenge current Representative John Frullo in the upcoming November 2018 election.
Zachary notes his interest in running stems from a childhood link to politics and his concern about the actions taken by Representative Frullo and others. Further mentioning that, “the President and Representative John Frullo, are more interested in spouting rhetoric, at odds with the founding principles and guarantees of this country, than actually governing. The political process is not a spectator sport; it is built around the will of the people, which means we all bear ownership for the results it produces. I have chosen to fulfill my responsibility, by running for State Representative and challenge an officeholder who walks hand-in-hand with Donald Trump.”
