LUBBOCK, Texas — On Monday, teachers from Wester Elementary decided to put on a parade around neighborhoods so they could see their students.
While keeping their social distance, they waved from cars as students and their parents came outside to see them.
Chandra Malone, a kindergarten teacher, said it was a unifying experience that brought smiles to everyone’s face.
