The following is a news release from Caldwell Kids Entertainment:

Richie McDonald, the award-winning lead singer of the multi-platinum recording group Lonestar, will headline and host two concerts with the Caldwell Kids.

Concerts are at 7:30 p.m. March 22 and 23 at Lubbock’s historic Cactus Theater, 1812 Buddy Holly Ave.

McDonald will also offer a free seminar for the West Texas music community, to discuss his successful journey in the music business and offer tips and advice to aspiring artists. The event is at 3 p.m. March 23, also at the Cactus Theater.

Caldwell Kids Entertainment is the premier vocal performance school in West Texas. The group is managed and directed by the mother-daughter duo of Terri Sue Caldwell and Cami Caldwell.

The Caldwell Kids are thrilled to partner with Lubbock native Richie McDonald in this high-energy concert featuring hit songs of famous Texas singers and songwriters who have reached superstardom.

From Buddy Holly to Mac Davis, Beyoncé to the Dixie Chicks and much more, this is a do-not-miss night of music. These two shows are expected to sell out; early ticket purchase is advised.

Tickets for the concerts are priced at $25 (ages 13 and older), $12.50 (12 and under), and $50 for limited balcony box seats. They are available on the Cactus Theater website or by calling (806) 762-3233.
