On Sunday, the Lubbock Police Department released additional information on a one vehicle rollover accident that injured four people Saturday evening.
The accident was reported around 10:15 p.m. in the area of Interstate 27 and South Loop 289.
According to LPD, it appears the vehicle was attempting to pass another vehicle while traveling southbound on Interstate 27.
The vehicle then veered from the far west lane to the far east lane of traffic.
The driver then overcorrected which sent the vehicle rolling several times.
Two of the four occupants in the vehicle were ejected. All four occupants were transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
Police have not released the name of the accident victims.
