LUBBOCK, Texas — The Lubbock Police Department has confirmed that Heather Casias, 32, was arrested on Monday.
She was wanted for the murder of Celestino Rodriguez.
Police said she was arrested just before 5:30 pm at the Red Roof Inn. She was officially booked in the Lubbock County Detention Center just after 9:00 pm.
