The Lubbock County Elections Office announced extended hours on Tuesday, Sept. 25 for National Voter Registration Day.
The elections office will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, according to a news release. The office’s regular hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each weekday.
The extended hours will provide residents with the opportunity to register to vote or change their address ahead of the Nov. 6 election, according to the release.
