LUBBOCK, Texas– Lubbock Fire Rescue crews were on scene of a structure fire on Thursday in Central Lubbock.

Firefighters responded to reports of the fire at approximately 1:40 p.m. at a home near 18th Street and Quaker Avenue.

According to a spokesperson with LFR, a neighbor called in the fire. He said there were “three girls and a dog [there], but nobody was in the house at the time.”

He also said there were no known injuries.

LFR said the Lubbock Fire Marshall’s Office is investigating the fire.
