A study with categories like “excessive drinking,” “adult entertainment establishments per capita” and “most active Tinder users” included Lubbock in a list of 2018’s most sinful cities.
Lubbock landed at No. 111 of 182 cities in the WalletHub study.
Lubbock was the eighth-highest ranked Texas city, with 16 cities in the state making the list.
At No. 32, Houston was the Lone Star State’s “most sinful” city, according to the study. Dallas landed at No. 83 while Austin ranked at No. 91.
In West Texas, Amarillo was the 98th most sinful city on the list, and El Paso was ranked No. 165.
The analysis by WalletHub looked at cities across the country and compared 32 measures to determine the most sinful cities in America.
Not surprisingly, Sin City itself, Las Vegas, was ranked the No. 1 Most Sinful City in America.
