LUBBOCK, Texas — Lubbock attorney Robert Sullivan announced his candidacy for judge in the 140th District Court on Wednesday September 25th.
The seat has been held by Jim Bob Darnell since 2012. Darnell will be retiring at the end of his term in 2020 and is not seeking reelection.
