Tarvinn Djuan Williams, 29, of Lubbock entered into a plea agreement last week for production of child pornography. The plea has not yet been accepted by a judge or a magistrate.
Williams admitted that he created a fake persona on Facebook under the name of Samantha Pena. He admits he used the fake persona to lure a 16-year-old girl into making and providing him with sexual images and sexual videos of herself.
Williams admitted he also used the Samantha Pena account to lure the girl into having sex. Williams – using the Pena account – promised the underage girl money for sex with Williams. The girl was never paid.
He made contact with her starting in March.
The maximum penalty is at least 15 years in prison but not more than 30. Williams will be sentenced at a later date.
Williams was held Monday in the Lubbock County Detention Center.
