A federal grand jury indicted Tarvinn Djuan Williams, 28, of Lubbock on Wednesday for three counts of enticement of a minor. He was also indicted for one count of production of child pornography.
The indictment said Williams used the internet to request sex from three underage victims in exchange for money. The indictment said he enticed one of the underage girls to engage in sexual behavior “for the purpose of producing a visual depiction.”
Lubbock Police arrested Williams on April 27 for state-level charges. He remained in the Lubbock County Detention Center Thursday while both the state charges and the federal charges were pending.
