Rubin Arguijo, 47, of Lubbock was indicted Tuesday by a grand jury on a felony charge called invasive visual recording.
According to the indictment, the charge stems from Argujio sharing sexually explicit photos of a woman without her consent. She told police that he shared the images on Facebook. She also told police he did it because he was angry with her.
In addition, Arguijo is facing a parole violation as well as a domestic assault charge.
He is looking at a combined bond of over $55,000, but will not be able to post bond until the parole violation is cleared up. He has been in the Lubbock County Detention Center since January 29.
