On Tuesday, February 27, Meals on Wheels of Lubbock will host their 19th annual Mardi Gras Celebration at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center Exhibit Hall.
The family-friendly event features more than 37 food booths all from local restaurants, live music, a large silent auction, cash bars as well as an expanded Children’s Area. Proceeds go towards helping our local MOW chapter continues to help the elderly and homebound be well fed and independent in the community.
Tickets are $40 for adults, and $10 for children 17 and under. They can be purchased in advance at lubbockmealsonwheels.org, at the Lubbock Meals on Wheels Office (2304 34th St.), at any Select-A-Seat location. Tickets for adults will be $45 at the door.
