LUBBOCK, Texas — A death investigation was underway Thursday afternoon by Lubbock Police after reports of a dead body at 10th Street and Texas Tech Parkway.

LPD confirmed there was a dead body, but foul play was not suspected. 

Officials were waiting on the Medical Examiner’s office to arrive on scene. ​
