The Briscoe County Sheriff’s Office reports a man drown at Lake Mackenzie Tuesday afternoon.
Sheriff Garrett Davis said the victim has been identified, but they are not releasing his name until family has been notified.
The victim’s body was recovered from the lake shortly after the drowning.
Authorities did confirm the victim was in his 20s.
Lake Mackenzie is located along State Highway 207 in western Briscoe County.
