In an effort to help make holiday planning effortless for its guests, Market Street will host an Entertaining Made Easy expo on Saturday, Nov. 10, and Sunday, Nov. 11 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Free of charge and open to the public, the event will showcase all the essentials for an unforgettable holiday celebration.
“The Entertaining Made Easy weekend is designed to help our guests worry less about coordinating details and focus more on the people they will be gathering with around the table,” said Wes Jackson, chief merchandising officer for The United Family. “Team members will be available all weekend to offer tips on how to keep it simple when planning the perfect party this holiday season.”
Guests will enjoy samples of flavorful items from the catering and bakery departments. In addition, great gift ideas, seasonal floral and home decor will be featured. Sample offerings may vary by location, but guests can expect to enjoy items like:
- White chocolate apricot bread
- Swiss muesli bread
- Crème brulee
- Fresh fruit tarts
- Raspberry Chipotle sauce with Dare crackers
- Land O Lakes Cocoa with Knudsen Juice
- Twining Tea with Walker’s Shortbread
- Cranberry relish
- Fruit cake
- Sausage and cheese balls
- Holiday Snack Mix
Holiday meal ordering is also underway at all Market Street. Complete Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner menus are available to pre-order for pick-up during the holidays. Entrée options include garlic rosemary prime rib, turkey breast, sweet slice ham and roasted turkey, accompanied by side dishes, such as praline sweet potatoes, homestyle cornbread and green beans amandine. Orders may be placed online or in person at the concierge desk during the Entertaining Made Easy expo.
