With the warmer months upon us, the City of Lubbock Parks and Recreation Department hopes to see everyone using our parks. Here are some guidelines that will help keep our parks beautiful and safe for you to use:
- We invite you to picnic, barbeque, or just play in the park, but we ask that you park only in designated areas. Driving or parking on the grass is very destructive to park grounds and sprinkler systems and is not allowed.
- Enjoy your kayak, canoes, or fishing, but please remember that park waters are not approved for swimming.
- Our parks are a beautiful place to spend time with family and friends, and there are a variety of activities to enjoy. Please help keep it beautiful by using the trash cans
