Multiple area fire departments were dispatched to a grass fire late Wednesday morning in far Northeast Lubbock.
The fire was reported around 11:00 a.m. in the 4100 block of East 1st Street.
The grass fire reportedly started in a vacant lot and then spread, threatening structures and vehicles.
An EverythingLubbock.com photographer reported an RV did catch on fire at the scene.
Lubbock Fire Rescue, the Roosevelt Volunteer Fire Department, the Buffalo Springs Volunteer Fire Department, the Idalou Volunteer Fire Department, and the Woodrow Volunteer Fire Department battled the fire.
There are no reports of any injuries or structures damaged at this time.
