LUBBOCK, Texas — On Friday, the Lubbock Power and Light outage map showed a power outage impacting over 4,000 people in the Arnett Benson neighborhood.
Matt Rose, LP&L spokesperson, said there was equipment failure out of the substation feeding west Lubbock and that interrupted service for customers.
He said crews have located the damaged equipment and went onsite to make repairs.
According to the LP&L outage map, all outages have been resolved by LP&L crews and power was restored.
