LUBBOCK, Texas — Gilbert Flores won the Democratic race for County Commissioner Precinct 3, according to the unofficial final results in the March 3 Texas Primary. Flores had 52.93 percent of the vote as compared with Lorenzo Bubba Sedeño with 47.07 percent.
Flores will face Cary Shaw, the winner on the Republican side, in the November election.
