December 5 was the deadline to file claims in six ongoing Reagor Dykes bankruptcy cases.  In five more cases, the deadline will be March 28, 2019.

The claims registry for the first six companies held 423 claims, with more than $160 million in the category of secured claims.

The claims registry also listed total claims of more than $844 million.  However, a lawyer familiar with the case said that number appears to be inflated. The actual number might be closer to $284 million.

Ford Motor Credit Company listed six unique dollar figures for six different secured claims. But in the category of total claims, Ford listed the exact same number, $112,041,555.00, six times.

A few of the claims are contingent upon finalizing auto sales, and so the numbers are not final. The Chief Restructuring Officer of Reagor Dykes will also have a chance to object to claims, including redundant claims.
