The Texas Tech Red Raiders want a special girl to support them at a future football game.
Chloe, 8, made national headlines after she attended an Astros game on Sunday, according to KTRK-TV in Houston.
While cheering for her team, a stranger scolded Chloe for being too loud, KTRK reports. Chloe’s mother caught the moment on camera, and Chloe, who was close to tears after the woman’s comment, went viral.
KTRK reports Chloe has a rare disorder known as disruptive mood dysregulation disorder, which makes it difficult for her to control her emotions.
The Red Raiders joined others in supporting Chloe after seeing her mother’s video. On Wednesday morning, the football team account tweeted: “Who can help us find Chloe? We sure could use her enthusiasm at Jones AT&T Stadium on Saturday, where she can cheer as loudly as she wants! 😀🗣”

Little more than an hour later, the team was in touch with Chloe’s family.
Chloe and her family are choosing a home football game to attend later this season, according to the tweet.
Update:
We’ve made contact with Chloe’s family, and they’re in the process of deciding which of our remaining home games she would like to attend!
