SEMINOLE, Texas – A Seminole man has won a lottery scratch ticket game worth $1 million. The winner has chosen not to release his identity.
He bought the $200 Million Cash Explosion ticket at Allsup’s on Hobbs Highway in Seminole.
The winner’s ticket was a top prize winner and the sixth of eight top prizes worth $1 million to be claimed in this game.
