The Slaton Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred early Sunday evening.
The incident was reported in the 100 block of West Jean Street around 6:30 p.m.
Slaton Police told EverythingLubbock.com the shooting stemmed from a domestic disturbance.
Police said one person was arrest at the scene.
The shooting victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
