The following is a news release from the City of Lubbock:
Beginning Monday, February 4, 2019 at 6:00 a.m., MH Civil Constructors, Inc. will start constructing a storm drainage system on 98th Street and roughly Salisbury Ave. Construction activity will begin in Playa Lake 52 and cross 98th Street over the ensuing months. 98th Street between Quaker Ave. and Salisbury Ave. will have partial lane closures throughout construction. The construction activity will end on July 4, 2019 at 8:00 p.m.
This project will partially restrict access along 98th Street between Quaker Ave. and Salisbury Ave. Drivers are encouraged to use extreme caution while driving in the construction zone.
Start Date: February 4, 2019 6:00 a.m.
End Date: July 4, 2019 8:00 p.m.
