On Friday, EverythingLubbock.com collected some “sweet tweets” about the Texas Tech men’s basketball team which will play in the Final Four Saturday against Michigan State.
When it comes to the Red Raider’s, sweets are not just found in cookies, they are found in tweets too. Sweet tweets, in this case, would be the opposite of Jimmy Kimmel’s mean tweets.
“Go beat those Spartans,” Congressman Jody Arrington said in a Twitter video at the nation’s Capital.
Dez Bryant already knew Texas Tech was going to shake things up from the beginning. He said “Texas Tech is going to smash Michigan State,” and “People thought I was crazy.. I called the W for Texas Tech.”
Stephen Curry sent the team a video message Thursday night which was posted on the basketball team’s twitter page. App users might CLICK HERE for a better view of this story.
Here is a partial list of sweet tweets in support Texas Tech.
