Petco has a policy that says “all leashed pets are welcome” and one Texas man decided to put that to the ultimate test when he showed up to a Houston – area location with his leashed steer.
Vincent Browning and Shelly Lumpkin showed up with Oliver the African Watusi, and according to Facebook he was welcomed “with open arms”.
Oliver is raised by Browning and participates in rodeos and other shows. In his free time Oliver relaxes and shops at Petco. This should do amazing things for Petco’s PR.
