LUBBOCK, Texas — A Texas Tech Health Sciences Center student has tested positive for COVID-19, TTUHSC announced in an email Monday.
University staff and health officials are working to identify people that came into contact with the infected student over the last several days, TTUHSC said.
The student did not live in a TTUHSC community and the university is in direct contact with the student.
