DAKOTA, CITY, Nebraska — Texas Tech’s meat judging team is a national champion.
The Red Raiders won the 2019 International Intercollegiate Meat Judging Contest on Sunday, the University announced on Twitter.
The victory gave Texas Tech its 14th championship in the event.
