LUBBOCK, Texas — The YWCA broke ground on their new community center at 6501 University Ave on Tuesday August 27.
A press release for the event stated the community center “will serve as a centralized hub for education, health and wellness, fitness, workforce development, childcare, and financial literacy training,” among other things.
