Ford Motor Company awarded the Spike Dykes Ford location in Lamesa with the “President’s Award” on Tuesday morning. The Reagor Dykes Ford location in Plainview was also scheduled on Tuesday to get the President’s Award.
“The Ford President’s Award is given to dealers that show the highest level of customer sales, service, satisfaction, and overall experience,” Reagor Dykes said in a written statement. “The President’s Award is given to only 340 dealers across the nation from more than 5,000 Ford dealers.”
“President’s awards are rare and are tough to earn,” said owner and CEO Bart Reagor. “This means you are the best of the best in sales, service and customer satisfaction.”
“To have both of our Ford stores win this prestigious award is a testament to our employees,” said owner Rick Dykes.
In 2006, Reagor and Dykes purchased the Spike Dykes Ford location in Lamesa, and in 2010 added the Reagor Dykes Ford dealership in Plainview.
