LUBBOCK, Texas — EverythingLubbock.com tracked severe weather Saturday afternoon and evening in Lubbock and the South Plains.

The National Weather Service issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for Saturday until 10 p.m. which includes most of the counties in the KAMC/KLBK viewing area.
At about 4:50 p.m., the National Weather Service issued the first in a series of tornado warnings for Garza County for a confirmed tornado on the ground. So far on Saturday evening, we do not have injury or damage reports.
