On October 9th, at 9 a.m., the City of Tahoka will have a scheduled water shut-down. Housely Construction crew will be installing a water line and new fire hydrant at the Tahoka Independent School District’s campus. Tahoka I.S.D. is currently having their Fall Break and will not be at the campus. The water will be off for approximately four hours.
Citizens are urged to obtain bottled water or such for that time.
Immediately upon reestablishing water to residents, there will be a Boil Water Notice until samples are taken to the lab.
